By agreeing to these Terms, you (i) represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region, (ii) agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, (ii) agree not to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature and (iv) agree that any breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of Services.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.  You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Promoter: This giveaway is jointly run by Remedy Drinks UK Ltd and By Thursday's Child.

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Giveaway Period

  • Entries open on the date the giveaway post is published on Instagram at (28/08/2026) and close at 23:59pm (BST) on 1/9/26.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Each eligible participant may submit one entry. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

4. Prize

There will be 10 winners.

Each winner will receive:

  • 1 case of Remedy Ginger Lemon Booch; and
  • 1 cap from By Thursday's Child, as featured in the giveaway post.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

  • 10 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  • The winners will be contacted via direct message within 24 hours of the giveaway closing.
  • Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of being contacted.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Delivery

  • The winners must provide a valid UK delivery address.
  • The Promoters are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

7. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoters may announce their first name and social media handle on their social media channels. The winner may also be invited (but is not obliged) to share photos of their prize.

8. Data Protection

Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize, and will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

9. General

  • The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

  • The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
